Hi.
_I’m Tyler. I consider myself a student of architecture, a subscriber of philosophy, an observer of history, but most of all, a slave to ill-deserved grace.
_I started the [Re]oriented Design blog to explore the implications of being a Christian whose occupation is an architect. The architect is a sculptor of society that holds great responsibility, yet I have a sense of realization that everything done is by the grace of God. So often the question at hand is, “What is of most importance?” In addition to these crucial implications, [Re] is about good, long lasting, ecological, future informing, experience creating architecture and design.
_I talk about everything, so don’t be surprised if one day I am writing about architecture and the next about the gospel and the next about something I ate earlier that morning.
_Read. Enjoy. Comment. But understand that this is an exploritory mission, and I may not know what I am talking about.
_Peace, grace and love.
